A cama is a hybrid between a male camel and a female llama. It was created artificially in Dubai in 1998, with the aim of producing an animal that has the wool of a llama and the strength of a camel. It has the hump of a camel and the ears of a llama, and it can grow up to 6 feet tall at the shoulder. It is also fertile and can mate with other camas or llamas.
