1. Kwaku The Traveller – Black Sherif

This song serves as a follow-up to his hit track, Second Sermon Remix, where he featured 2-time-Grammy Award-st to top the singer, Burna Boy. He has also become the 1st Ghanaian artist to Top the Nigerian Apple Music Chart. Kwaku The Traveler was produced Joker Nharnah.

2. Hustle – Reminisce

Nigerian rapper, Reminisce cooks up a joint with Nigeria’s very own Buju, who recently changed his stage name to BNXN, and California rapper, D Smoke on the track dubbed, Hustle. The Sarz produced song has each artist shining through individually with their vocals delivering just as expected.

The song passes a strong message to everyone out there, urging them to keep on the grind. Reminisce is a Nigerian rapper, actor, and singer, who has delivered numerous rap tacks for our listening pleasure since the days of Tesojue, and we still cannot get enough of him.

3. Try – T.I Blaze

Industry newbie, T.I Blaze is here with yet another addictive tune dubbed, Try. Try is a follow-up to the remix of his song with Olamide Baddo, Sometimes, which is doing wonders on the charts and on the streets right now. The song preaches hard work and consistency. Blaze would love his fans to know that no one would recognize them if they turn out broke.

4. Do Yourself- Angelique Kidjo

Beninese-American Grammy-award-winning music powerhouse, Angelique Kidjo employed the service of Burna Boy on her inspiring song dubbed, Do It Yourself. Do It Yourself produced by Rexxie is recorded as one of Burna’s best 2021 features.

The song comes as a follow-up to Angelique’s ” Africa One Of A Kind”, both songs are off her studio album, “Mother Nature“. Burna Boy delivered impressively, dishing out his unmatched vocals. You will recall that Back in 2020, Burna Boy lost his first Grammy nomination to Angelique Kidjo, but he did not let that deter him.

5. Trenches- Skiibii

 

The streets are buzzing with new slang and slogans, and the smart music makers and picking them up and making music out of their meanings which automatically aids street credibility.

The slang Trenches birthed the song by Skiibii. It’s a song that prays to God for elevation. For those who still have no clue, Trenches is a term used for low-income areas with high crime rates.
Trenches come as a follow-up to Skibii’s hit song, Baddest Boy Remix, featuring Omo Baba Olowo himself.

Just last night, the album “Mother Nature” which houses the track dignity won a grammy award at the 64th Grammy Awards, making vocalist, Yemi Alade a 1st-time Grammy winner. Dignity is a very thoughtful and relatable song, that connects with the realities of life. These are notable traits a musician like Angelique Kidjo is known for.

8. For Days – BNXN

For Days is an Afrobeat song released by Daniel Benson, professionally known as BNXN, is a Nigerian Afro-Fusion singer and songwriter. The newly released track is fast becoming a fan’s favorite which is no surprise considering the singer’s track record.
