The women’s organizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party, Kate Gyamfuaa, has broken her silence on the “Adwoa Safo against NPP brouhaha”. Many people wondered where Kate Gyamfuaa was when the party needed her the most to convince Adwoa Safo into rethinking her decision. Actually, Kate Gyamfuaa was very silent in the media space.
Today, Kate Gyamfuaa revealed to Kwame Nkrumah Tikesie on Okay FM that the last time she was able to reach Kate Gyamfua was the time when the New Patriotic Party wanted the e-levy to be passed. According to her, Adwoa Safo has not really availed to her or anybody, the main reason why she is doing that. Kate Gyamfuaa however spoke in her “mother” capacity.
“We were all here when the President who appointed her granted her the leave that she requested. We are all waiting for her to come to tell us that the position that she is occupying, she is not happy with it. Or The President will sack. All that I can say is that let us give her some time. The issue is very hard. The last time I talked to her was the time that we wanted the e-levy to be passed. When she came into politics, she was very small. We all know that Adwoa Safo is not disrespectful. Neither is she worrisome.”, Kate Gyamfuaa explained.
